We can draw up a plan from scratch, recommend a local draftsman, or work with any plans you’ve had drawn up. We don’t compromise on quality when designing and building your home, because a dream home with compromise is no longer a dream home.

In addition to your own one-of-a-kind design, artistic freedom is given to choose any fittings and colours of your choice. We can guide you through the types of colours, brands, styles and suppliers that we recommend for your design, but we also respect your desire to source everything yourself, as is the nature of someone wanting a unique home.

We make an effort to discuss all the needs of our clients to build them a home they can enjoy, and our quotes reflect this. You’ll find that other builders either gloss over key areas or don’t include them in their quotes to make them seem competitive. Some crucial elements of house design, such as driveways, are sometimes taken for granted, and we make sure to include them in all our quotes to ensure you can enjoy your house to its fullest potential once we give you the keys, without any hidden costs stinging you afterwards. All our homes come with a six-year, three-month structural warranty, with a 6-month warranty on repairs.
