The owners and managers of Steve Bagnall Homes are Steve and Robyn.   Steve himself has been building since 1989. After his apprenticeship he became a professional carpenter and licensed builder.  Steve & Robyn moved to Hervey Bay in 1993, it was here where they established their Family business.  Their focus has always been on providing high-quality workmanship. Couple this with exceptional customer service, Steve Bagnall Homes have a strong reputation for dedication to their clients projects. Being reliable and professional, they have gained a host of  building industry awards.

Although the office and main building activity is currently based in Hervey Bay, it’s not unusual to see building projects completed throughout the entire Wide Bay. Extended areas includes the Fraser Coast, Fraser Island, Maryborough to Burrum Heads.

The process that Steve uses takes the stress out of building or renovating your home. This enables you to focus on the excitement and pleasure of building your own dream home.  Steve and Robyn are on hand every step of the way, answering questions and giving advice. He wants your building journey to be the best possible experience possible. Recommendations and advice on colour selections will make the building of your home a dream. Starting with the wide range of house plans and options ensures that Steve will provide the best for you. He has solutions for every budget, house type, block size and contour.

Step 1: The first step is to get in touch for an obligation-free initial consultation. At this stage discussions will be around budget and using our existing plans. Or you may have ideas for your own Dream Home by starting from scratch. You know it’s possible to use one of Steve’s existing house plans as the base and then adding any customisation that you want.

Step 2: Should your wish be a custom-built Dream Home, then Steve and the team will work with your existing Plans. If you haven’t any working plans drawn up at this stage he’ll connect you to the Drafting /Architects to create and design. When it comes to fixtures and fittings, Robyn has the experience to guide you.  You can select all your own fixtures and fittings on your own, or take advantage of Robyn’s experience. She will be on hand to give direction and advice making suggestions where needed.  Please be mindful you aren’t compelled to use any particular brand or supplier.

Step 3: When you are happy with the process in Step 2 it’s time to move onto the Preliminary Agreement. It’s at this stage, Steve Bagnall Homes will arrange preliminary drawings for you.  This will include quotations from engineering companies and subcontractors. This enables a precise cost for your new home to become a reality.

Step 4: When you are happy with the preliminary proposal, Steve will organise an industry compliant contract and the building process will begin. Now is the time to schedule regular appointments for you to see the progress of the construction of Your Dream Home
